Payment Conditions:

* Participants and delegates of Delegations of Members of CEE Citizens Network and all organisers and “more active” participants of the 4^th CEE Citizens Network Conference shall participate at the 4^th CEE Citizens Network Conference on base of decisions made by International Organising Committee (International Steering Committee) – Coordinating Team of CEE Citizens Network – and Estonian Organising Committee (Estonian Steering Committee) of 4^th CEE Citizens Network Conference.

*All other participants shall participate at the 4^th CEE Citizens Network Conference on the base of paid before conference Registration Fee.

* Conference Registration Fee must be payd within May 1, 2007.

* Conference Registration Fee must be payd to account holder or accounts of EMÜ SIHTASUTUS (address – Eesti, Tallinn ).
