Registration and Participation
* Participants as members of Delegations of Members of CEE Citizens Network shall participate at the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference on the base of decisions made by International Organising Committee (International Steering Committee) - Coordinating Team of CEE Citizens Network- and Estonian Organising Committee (Estonian Steering Committee) of 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference.
* All organisers of the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference - Members of Estonian Organising Committee (Estonian Steering Committee) of 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference, Members of International Organising Committee (International Steering Committee) of 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference and Members of Estonian Expert Team of 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference, also organisers of Cooperation Conferences F1 - F5 - and "more active" participants - moderators, keynote speakers and case studies presenters - shall participate at the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference on the same base and conditions as members of Delegations of Members of CEE Citizens Network.
*All other participants shall participate at the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference on the base of paid before conference Registration Fee.
* All participants are requested to register in order to book a place at the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference.All participants and delegates shall be registered as participants and delegates after receiving fulfilled personal registration forms and registration list of delegations (Members of CEE Citizens Network).
* Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless registration forms and full payment has been received.
* The confirmation of registration will be published on the website of the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference in menu item 3.4 "Confirmed Participants". This list is a live material and will be updated weekly. If you have not received this registration information in two weeks after submitting your registration form, please contact the Conference Organisers.
* When you need and specially request an electronic receipt/invoice will be sent to you. For this purpose is needed your special request or information or comment in last part "OTHER INFORMATION" and on its last line "Other information" of Registration Forms A& B.
* From organisers side visa applying process will start and needed invitation letter to Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other materials for visa purposes will be sent only if registration forms and full payment has been received by us. No exceptions will be made!!
* Official working language at the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference is English. Some translations shall be made only during Cooperation Conferences.
* Please note: By attending the 4th CEE Citizens Network Conference, you agree that you may be photographed and it may be used for publicity purposes.
